Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Microreal (“we”, “us” or “our”), as the operator of Audami, processes information when you use the Audami mobile application and related services.

Audami is built around a local-first model. Shield audio, saved Shields, preferences and recent detailed activity are handled on your device. We collect only the account information and coarse activity summary described below.

Information we process

Account information

When you create or link an account, Firebase Authentication processes your Firebase user ID, verified email address and, where you choose them, your Google or Apple sign-in identity. Your email is used for authentication and account-related communication. It is not a marketing subscription.

Information stored on your device

Audami stores saved Shields, preferences, recent session history, optional session feedback and coarse session context in app storage associated with your account on that device. A personal music file you select is used temporarily for playback; Audami does not persist its file, filename or path.

Daily activity summary

At most once in a rolling 24-hour period, Audami sends one idempotent aggregate containing your verified email, session count, total listening duration, last active time and latest coarse activity and disturbance categories. We do not upload individual session records, Shield recipes or feedback.

Technical request information

When the app communicates with our service, Cloudflare may process a request identifier, route, response status and timing for security and operations. We configure our application logs not to include authentication tokens or request bodies.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• create, authenticate, secure and support your account;
• provide local app features and remember your choices on your device;
• maintain a coarse account-level measure of product activity;
• operate, troubleshoot and protect the Audami service; and
• respond to privacy or support requests and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account email for promotional messages unless we introduce a separate optional consent and you choose to provide it.

We use a limited set of providers to operate Audami:

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Storage and retention

Detailed session information and associated feedback remain on your device only until the relevant daily aggregate is durably prepared for delivery, after which the included detail is deleted. Failed updates retry the staged aggregate rather than retaining the detailed records.

Saved Shields and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, delete your local Audami data, delete your account or remove the app. Audami does not back up or provide cross-device restoration for this local product data; it may be lost if the app or device is lost.

Account identity and the cumulative activity summary are retained while your account is active, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Account deletion removes the Audami server data, local data and Firebase identity through the app’s deletion flow, subject to limited information we must retain by law.

Your choices and rights

Inside Privacy & data in Audami, you can copy a portable export of your local and account data, permanently delete local Audami data, or request deletion of your Audami account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, or to receive it in a portable format. Security and changes

We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect the information Audami processes. No electronic system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as Audami changes. We will publish the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
